Meet Our Founder
From growing up in her family’s pharmacy to earning a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine to working as a clinical consultant for an herbal products company, Rachel Fresco has always been about helping people find answers to everyday health challenges.
She used her knowledge and experience in herbal medicine to create Biocidin® – a unique blend of 18 botanical extracts and essential oils with surprisingly effective broad-spectrum activity.
That was in 1989 when the word “microbiome” was just starting to be defined in scientific circles. Yet Rachel had produced one of the most powerful microbiome-balancing formulations ever analyzed by a leading U.S. diagnostic laboratory.
