Welcome to Welldium.com, a virtual and online dispensary platform for health practitioners and their patients. Via the platform, health practitioners and their patients have access to hundreds of high quality supplements.
These terms and conditions apply to purchases made by customers on this webshop owned and operated by Welldium B.V. , KVK no. 861831287, hereafter called “Welldium” or “we”.
We recommend that you read the terms carefully before shopping on the webshop.

Ordering of products
You can order online 24 hours a day all days a week. We are handling orders on a regular basis, and you will reach us by telephone or email.
You must be 18 years of age to shop at Welldium.com. If you are under 18 years old, you must have the consent of your parents or guardian.
When you place an order, you will receive an autogenerated email confirming the order. Once we have packed your order and shipped the order, you will receive an email attachment, which is attached as a PDF file.
If you later want to receive a new copy of your invoice, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the customer information that you enter as part of a purchase, as we do not subsequently validate or verify this information.
Welldium reserves the right to rejection any order if we believe this is necessary.
Payment terms and prices
At Welldium.com you can use the following payment cards:

Card tax is not charged on Welldium.com. We do not use shipping collections, giros or checks. All prices are applicable in DKK and EUR and is inclusive VAT, except if anything else is stated. The product price on the date of ordering is the applicable price you are paying.
Payment for ordering is not done until we have shipped goods to you. Only then will the amount be deducted from your account. A greater amount can never be deducted than what you approved for the purchase. The information you enter using a payment card is sent directly to Stripe in encrypted form, ie. only Stripe who can read this information. Welldium does not have access to the information.
Subject to type errors and price changes. The composition of products may be changed in the interim by our suppliers. You can always ask for the most up-to-date information via our customer service email@example.com or +49 17661371012.
In case of price errors and the like. we will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.
Products ordered on Welldium.com can be delivered to all Europe.
Shipping cost for orders will vary depending on delivery country. For more specific delivery cost is needed, you can go to the check out or contact us.
Free shipping to European cuntries for orders above 150 EUR.
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, as delivery depends on the delivery country’s postal service and any customs authorities, but normal delivery time is 3-8 business days for deliveries to the Netherlands and 5-10 business days for deliveries to the rest of the Europe. Slightly longer delivery time must be expected in connection with holidays.
Packages are shipped with DHL, Bring, DAO, PostNord or GLS depending on the delivery address and country.

Order cancellation and returns
There is a 14-days right of cancellation on all orders created via our webshop, calculated from the date you receive the product.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your product that you wish to cancel your purchase. The right of cancellation may be exercised by sending us a notice to this effect by email.
You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal by simply refusing to receive the product or failing to pick it up at the carrier, without giving us clear notice.

The right of cancellation does not apply to goods where you have removed the seal / packaging and where the item is not suitable for health protection or hygiene reasons. to be returned and where the seal has been broken.
You must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you announced that you would regret the purchase. We may require documentation that the product has been shipped before the deadline. If the product is shipped, it must be packed securely.
You are responsible for any damage that may occur during transport. Also note that you must bear the cost of returning the product yourself unless we have delivered the product to you in error or if the product has been damaged or defective upon receipt. We do not have the opportunity to state the price of the return shipment in advance, as this depends on the weight of the product, choice of carrier, etc.
Returned items should be in good and undamaged condition. If returned goods show signs of damage or use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, you are liable for deterioration in the value of the goods. We estimate any value based on a specific assessment of the returned product..
Payment for the item will be returned as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of our receipt of your cancellation notice. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the product for inspection, or until you have provided documentation that the item has been returned, whichever is earlier.
If you cancel your purchase in accordance with these terms, we will refund the purchase price along with the original shipping costs (excluding any additional costs as a result of your choice of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery). Unless you have instructed us otherwise, we will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used to make the original transaction.

Complains and warranty
As a general rule, you have 2 years of warranty from the day of receipt of the product if you believe that the product you received is defective.
You must, within “reasonable time” after finding an error / defect at the product, notify Welldium by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If you are advertising a product, you must describe in writing the defect / error and attach a copy of your invoice.
If your complaint is justified (the product is defective), you can either have the product exchanged, repaired, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation, and (reasonable) shipping costs reimbursed to you.

Remember, the product must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Time-limited referral programme
The practitioner referring (the “referrer”) and the practitioner being referred (the “referred”) will both receive credits (“bonus”) of 25 EUR (or the equivalent in DKK) when the “referred” has signed up, has been approved and an order has been paid for and processed from his/her account (i.e. also including orders from patients/clients of the “referred”). Only after an order has been processed, the credits will be made available in the “referrer’s” and the “referred’s” Welldium accounts.

The referral programme is limited to the period between August 21, 2020 and September 21, 2020. The first order of the referred needs to be placed before November 21, 2020 to be eligible to receive the credit.
The referral bonus can be used as a discount for purchases made on the Welldium platform at any time or can be paid out via PayPal (minus transaction costs) together with a total pay-out of at least 100 EUR.
The “referrer” must have an approved account on the Welldium platform, and his/her private address, clinic or practice must be located in a member country of the EU. The private address of the “referred” must also be located in a member country of the EU.
The “referred” is subject to approval (in line with Welldium’s validation process), and the Welldium Team can choose to disapprove any applicant at their discretion. Welldium reserves the right to reject referrals” exceeding 10 per “referrer”.
We collect, process and store data in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation, as well as the Data Protection Act.
The following describes how Welldium uses the personal data that you leave behind and / or provide when you visit our websites and use our various online services, including features.

In addition to the necessity and purpose, the treatment home for our collection and use of your personal data will depend on the context in which we collect it.
The most important reason for collecting and using your personal data is the need to fulfill our contract with you (i.e. ensure that you receive products that you have ordered and purchased from us), cf. article 6. 1, b.
Welldium works in accordance with policies and procedures, as we are subject to a number of regulatory restrictions. We therefore have high standards of security, including physical security and IT security, with appropriate technical and organizational security measures. We always do our best to ensure the quality and integrity of all our data, including your personal data.
What personal data do we collect and why?
In order to give you an overview, we have divided personal data, stated which personal data is involved and why we collect personal data.
Personal data when you sign up for our newsletter
Your registration is an active registration on your part. This can be done, for example, through our online services, where you enter data yourself in fields.
It can also be via a voucher from competitions in stores where you have entered your name and e-mail address yourself and have actively checked the box “Yes, thank you” to receive newsletters from Welldium and subsequently confirmed your registration.

The legal basis is your consent, cf. Article 6, 1, a. Remember, you can always indicate that you do not wish to receive any further email newsletters or other information from us in the future. Personal data when you visit our website
To provide you with the most relevant and customized information and experience, we may collect the following data, which depends on context;
- Information about your browser behavior on our online services
- Information about when you click on one of our ads
- Information on how to use our digital services, including device ID, device type, browser type, length of visit, geographic location, referral URL, electronic address (e.g., IP and MAC address), terminal equipment and connection information, preferences and information regarding your use of our services. This personal data is also collected via cookies, tracking URLs, beacons, etc.
- Data about you collected through the various technologies, channels and platforms can be combined to provide the most relevant information for you as well as for inspiration
- Data is collected and stored e.g. (but not exclusively) in connection with ordering goods, opening and clicking emails, answering questionnaires, participating in contests, interacting with our customer service, registering as a user
We also use this data to manage and improve our products, services and daily operations, including any complaints and complaints. Here it is necessary to be able to find historical data – though only for a limited period – in order to best serve you.
Personal data when placing an order in-store or online
When you purchase our products online, we need the necessary data about you in order for us to fulfill our part of the agreement, which you have voluntarily entered into with us through your purchase of goods.
The legal basis is your consent when you disclose your data, cf. Article 6, 1, a, as well as the need for us to fulfill our contract to provide a service or product, as referred to in Article 6, 1, b.
Where relevant, we may collect the following data:

- Information on the purchase and delivery of goods and services, including product mix and purchase history
- Transaction information when placing an order on the website and we will subsequently process the order for packing, shipping, invoicing and general customer service if you contact us
- Only the name and address are shared with the carrier making the delivery. The driver only has access to your name and address during the actual delivery
- Saved baskets on our website, which have not yet become an order. Saved baskets are automatically deleted after 90 days
As described as well in these terms and conditions, we will never store your credit card information. They are processed in our case via Stripe’s systems and we do not have access to this information.
Your consent and withdrawal of your consent
If you have given your consent to receive digital marketing materials and wish to withdraw your consent, you can easily and at any time unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe function in the email newsletter, for example.
If you unsubscribe, we will save and keep a record of your unsubscribe. It is necessary not to bother with unwanted marketing in the future.
If you choose to withdraw your consent, it will not affect the legality of our processing of your personal data based on your prior consent and up to the time of withdrawal. Therefore, withdrawing your consent will only take effect from this point on.
Personal data from other sources
We use anonymous information that we collect from our third-party service providers (such as Google and Facebook) to understand how you interact with our services and ads (e.g. if you clicked on one of our ads). It helps us understand our customers better, so we can give you relevant information. This data is only processed by selected employees in Welldium and never down to the personal level.
Storing your personal data
Depending on the system and context, it may vary how long we keep your personal data.
However, we can inform you that we emphasize only storing your personal data as long as it is necessary in relation to administration and daily operations with regard to your purchases, subsequent customer service, possibly. complaints or it is required to comply with applicable legislation, such as the Accounting Act Law.
This data is stored for the current calendar year plus 5 years.
We delete or anonymize your personal data at a time when there is no longer any purpose to process it in accordance with our business needs or for any legal reason. If this is not possible (for example, because your personal data is in backup files), we will store it securely and isolate it from any further processing until deletion or anonymization is possible.

This includes only those users who log in with login and password. In order for us to manage your account, we collect the following personal information:

When signed in, Google Analytics is used to store the movements under your customer ID. Google cannot assign your personal data to your customer ID. Data and statistics are stored in Google’s data environment and stored within the EU.
We have a strong focus on processing and storing your personal data in accordance with not only legislation but also common sense and ethics. We will always do our best to live up to your wishes and enforce your rights.
However, you should be aware that in some cases there may be exceptions to the rights.

Your right to rectify (correction) of your personal data
We may have mistakenly recorded incorrect data about you. You have the right to correct incorrect data at any time.

In special cases, you have the right to have your personal data deleted before the time of our regular general deletion.
Your right to restrict treatment
In some cases, you have the right to have your personal data processed limited. Intellectual Property Rights
Welldium contains copyrighted material, trademarks (including but not limited to the Welldium trademark), and other proprietary content, including but not limited to, text, software, applications, sound, logos, photographs, images, buttons, video, and graphics, and the entire selection, coordination, arrangement and “look and feel” of the Site and the Content are copyrighted as a collective work under copyright laws.
Welldium’s content on the website is important because it distinguishes Welldium from the competitors and other webshops and websites in general, both to customers and to search engines. You agree not to copy, display, distribute, disseminate, or otherwise reproduce any of the content and information on Welldium.
These terms and conditions and any purchase agreement regarding the purchase of products from us are governed by Danish law, with the exception of Danish conflict of laws and CISG.
